Privacy Policy

This is a short, plain-language description of what Amihan actually collects and why - not a boilerplate wall of text. If something here is unclear, ask in Discord.
What we collect
- Account data - when you register through the control panel: username, email, and a hashed password. We never see or store your password in plain text.
- Discord ID - only if you link your account with
/linkin Discord. Used to tie your Discord user to your game account for donation crediting and bot commands - nothing else. - Donation records - the reference code, amount, and approving moderator for each GCash donation claim. GCash itself is sent player-to-person; we never receive or process your actual GCash account or payment details.
- Connection logs - the game server logs IP addresses on login, same as any online game, for security, anti-cheat, and abuse prevention.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie to keep you signed in to the control panel session. That’s it - no advertising or analytics trackers, and nothing sold to third parties.
Third parties
If you use our Discord bot, Discord Inc. processes your messages and user ID under Discord’s own privacy policy. We don’t control or see anything beyond what Discord’s API gives any bot.
Your data
Want your account data removed or exported? Reach out in Discord and we’ll sort it out. Amihan isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
This policy may change as the server grows - check back here if you want the current version. We won’t sell or rent your data, ever.
