What the Wind Sees
A kapitan in Comodo is worried about strange wind and tide patterns disrupting coastal trade. A wandering diwata is also present, hinting at a larger story that continues in a future season - she gives lore, not quests, this time around.
Starts in Comodo. Talk to the Kapitan NPC to begin.

Main chain
1. Intro
Talk to the Kapitan in Comodo. He asks you to investigate the coast.
2. Mist Over the Bay
Defeat 8 Tide Wisps on Kokomo Beach (cmd_fild02).
Reward: ~3,000-4,500 zeny, ~4,000-6,000 base EXP, ~2,000-3,000 job EXP
3. Search the Tidemark
Defeat 10 Crabs on Kokomo Beach (cmd_fild02). This is also when the Diwata's dialogue opens up with more lore.
Reward: ~3,500-5,000 zeny, ~5,000-7,000 base EXP, ~2,500-3,500 job EXP
4. Into the Coastal Cave
The Kapitan opens a private instanced dungeon - just for you, no party needed. Clear 5 Tide Urchins, which wakes the Tidal Warden, a one-of-a-kind mini-boss guarding the cave. Defeat it, then leave through the exit point inside.
Reward: No reward yet at this step - story payoff only, for now
5. Finale
Return to the Kapitan in Comodo to close out the chain.
Repeatable weekly: Coastal Watch
Unlocked after finishing the chain. Defeat 12 Tide Wisps on Kokomo Beach (cmd_fild02), turn in at the Kapitan. Resets on a 7-day cooldown per character.
Reward: ~4,000-6,000 zeny, ~5,000-7,500 base EXP, ~3,000-4,500 job EXP

Optional, at Kapitan’s Board, unlocked once the chain is underway. Each can be done once, any time after it unlocks, in any order.
Shells for the Kapitan
Gather 10 Shellfish on Kokomo Beach (cmd_fild02).
Reward: ~1,500 zeny, ~2,000 base EXP, ~1,000 job EXP
Thorns in the Surf
Defeat 10 Cornutus on Kokomo Beach (cmd_fild02).
Reward: ~1,500 zeny, ~2,000 base EXP, ~1,000 job EXP
Whispers in the Marsh
Defeat 8 Brine Shades on Zenhai Marsh (cmd_fild03).
Reward: ~1,800 zeny, ~2,500 base EXP, ~1,200 job EXP
Good to know
- The coastal cave is solo - no party can join you in it.
- If you die inside or leave early, re-entering rebuilds the cave from scratch (fresh monsters, boss reset). There is no mid-fight checkpoint.
- Nothing in this chain is pay-to-win or stat-boosting. Rewards are zeny, EXP, and - in a future update - a cosmetic costume and title, matching Amihan’s cosmetics-over-power philosophy for seasonal content.
